Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites w/ en-suite baths. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four sharing a hallway full bath .
TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.
Pool and deck overlook lake.
Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.
Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.
Great location for Disney area vacation.
Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Clean, good space and a fabulous pool and hot tub. Our hosts were great and checked in with us during our stay. We forgot to ask for the pool to be heated and they got right on it and the pool was nice and warm by that evening. Definitely recommend this place 10/10

We are a family of six (2 adults and 4 kids), and this home worked out great for us. We spent most of our time at Disney, so we weren’t at the house a lot, but it was the perfect place to come back to and relax after long days at the parks. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Communication with the host was excellent—very quick and easy. Overall it was a great value and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed march 6th to 10th 2026. The house was amazing! We spent every moment we could in the pool and hot tub. Everything you need for cooking and doing cleanup was there. So close to disney theme parks and old town Kissimmee. Definitely will be our go to house when visiting florida!

This unit is in a perfect location, just inside a quiet neighborhood to quickly get where you are going. Hosts are very responsive, we needed batteries for the remotes and they were there within 10 minutes. The home is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The hot tub is great, we didn’t use the pool. We did notice there weren’t any spices, salt or pepper there, something we usually find in the VRBO’s. We had zero plans on cooking so it wasn’t an issue but if you’re planning on cooking bring everything.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable, clean, and inviting and communication with the host was excellent and immediate. The rules and restrictions were not at all overbearing but instead reasonable and understandable. The pool and hot tub were our favorites, they gave us a great opportunity to relax and have fun between times at amusement parks. We would surely stay at this property again!

Thank you letting us stay! The listing was just as described. It was great to come back and relax after spending the day at Universal. We enjoyed the hot tub each night!
