The room was clean. Although quiet, you do hear the air conditioner unit dripping in a pan. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The coffee was good.

Had to walk long way to get in. Room had no phone in case of needing front desk. Poor lighting by the mirror near bathroom. No coffee pot or microwave, had to request it. Originally booked because it had a kitchen and after paying a non-refundable amount, received email they no longer had kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

Good service and friendly staff but hotel is not fully prepared and have minor issues in the room which impacted and were manageable. Cause of the construction it is expected I think otherwise hotel vibes , breakfast area were superior!!

Me hospedé una semana en el Montera Suite en Orlando Florida y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación espectacular y cómoda, ideal para mí y para mi hijo. El personal fue muy amable. Tuve un inconveniente una noche al regresar al hotel: noté que a mi maleta cerrada con candado) le habían robado unas figuritas de Hello Kitty que usaba para identificarla. Reporté la situación y hablé directamente con el gerente quien fue amable, escuchó mi caso realizó el reporte correspondiente y se disculpó por lo ocurrido. Sin embargo, nunca recibí una Ilamada ni seguimiento sobre el resultado. Después de esta situación, por miedo decidí colocar el aviso de "No molestar" en la puerta durante el resto de mi estadía, ya que me sentía insegura de dejar mis pertenencias en la habitación A pesar de este inconveniente, el hotel es bonito y el trato del personal fue bueno. Considero importante mejorar el seguimiento y la comunicación en este tipo de situaciones.

Would not stay here again, property is old. There is no hand soap available for the rooms, we were offered shower gel. No where to hang towels, paint peeling in the rooms, shower door would not stay closed all laundy machines were out of order except 1 washer and 1 dryer for entire building, ceiling in hall way was falling apart. I did not feel safe and secure. Breakfast was advertiszed as top rated, it was anything but. Also no safes in the room.

The breakfast was good but a variety is needed - the hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. There was no hot water the first day and after I went to the front desk it was better the second day . The only issue I have was the first night - we were put into a different room because our original room was not ready. However at 2am the guest service person on Friday was knocking on our door like a crazy person than tried opening the door while we were all sleeping but the latch was on and she couldn’t get in. I acknowledged her and she said she was sorry she didn’t know anyone was in there. If the door is locked with the latch we were in there she could have rang the phone instead of banging on the door. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Staff was pleasant, but had an issue with the shower drain getting clogged up everyday. Was cleaned the first time I said something, but asked two more times and no one came to clean it out. Also the floors were dirty. The rug needs shampooing and housekeeping needs to do better. Found hair on the bathroom floor. Complained at the front desk about the shower drain being clogged when checking out and the staff member didn’t seem to care. Therefore, will not recommend or book this location again.

Parking area is very dark didn’t feel safe at all. The room half way finished from the remodeling. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock it kept getting stuck. Shower sliding door didn’t close all the way all the water splashed out. No hair dryer. Stains on the walls and door. I understand the place is under construction to make it look better but make sure the room you rent out is completely finished.

Went to the room 2x with keys that didn't work; 3rd time we went a gentleman came with us and said we just need to "shove" the door; at that point I asked for a different room. The room had coffee and cups, but no coffeemaker? There was ZERO water pressure in the shower. The duvet was not on the bed but in the closet. A lot of hallway noise and there was construction items everywhere.

Apparently they are getting the hotel changed to a brand name...they have a little ways to go yet but our experience was good overall....the staff were all friendly and helpful...the room was clean but the window would not lock and the shower door would not stay shut. The pool area was clean for sunbathing but the pool was not heated so it was too cold for swimming...the breakfast had a good hot selection but the island was too large for the area and caused congestion during the peak hours 8:30-9:30 am The staff were all helpful and courteous overall we had a good experience and would come back

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hotel felt very warm throughout our stay, and with only one elevator it was often faster to take the stairs to the fourth floor. Breakfast was okay, but there was no fresh fruit offered during our five mornings there.
