Why choose Vista Cay Resort? - LOCATION. This week I met with a realtor to buy another property. He said, "Why aren't you buying more properties at Vista Cay? That has the best location of all vacation homes ever made in the history of mankind." Vista Cay is a great resort & it is close to everything. Why choose my condo? - COMFORT. I own the largest condos in the resort. - AMENITIES. I offer more "extras" for guests than anyone else, starting with 2-ply toilet paper & expensive shampoo. This is a peaceful neighborhood with lots of fun things to do. Besides what the resort has to offer, on the property you will find Walgreens, a hair and nail salon, a delicious cupcake store, and more. If there is somewhere you want to go, exit the parking lot and you will already be on Universal Boulevard with International Drive only 3 minutes further. This condo is a calm and quiet oasis in the center of all the fun and is within walking distance to everything you need (food, medicine, etc.). I've stayed in a lot of places around Orlando and I really do believe that Vista Cay is the best. Location! Location! Location! While it is easy to get everywhere from this resort, with shopping and restaurants so nearby, you might not need to go anywhere. Parking is not only plentiful, it’s free! We visited Orlando for years, but I didn't buy a place until May 2022. There were many options, but Vista Cay was the resort I chose. So while I rave about the place I hope you will rent from me, you can rest assured that I'm not writing self-serving words to pay for the mortgage. I genuinely love it here. If you are coming to Orlando to participate in an event at the convention center, THIS condo is the one to reserve. Especially if you plan to walk. There are three lodgings close enough to the convention center to easily walk to and from OCCC: the Hilton and Hyatt Hotels and Hulk's Hideout.
