Welcome to your private townhouse, complete with a pool and keyless entry – all for your comfort and ease!

As our esteemed guest, you'll enjoy full access to the resort's fantastic amenities at no extra cost. The resort offers a wide array of exciting activities and features, including a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tiki bar, basketball court, sand volleyball, tennis, mini golf, playground, ping pong, movie theater, gym, and more.

Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please make the most of these wonderful amenities during your stay. We're thrilled to have you as our guest!

The Resort gate charges a $25 fee to acquire a gate pass. Upon departing the resort at the end of your stay, the card must be returned to the drop boxes located at the clubhouse or at the exit gate. There shall be no refund on returning cards. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me should you have any questions.

POOL

Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the FULLY RENOVATED private pool.

Pool heating is NOT included and is available upon request for an extra $25 per day, for the duration of the stay or 3 days minimum.

Should be requested and paid off at least 24 hours before arrival.

We will turn the pool heating on before you arrive, so the pool is at the right temperature for your arrival.

It may take 24 hours for the pool to heat up or cool down.

Please note the pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent

overheating during cold weather conditions, when working. This

leads to a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump

can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner.

The pool heater works via HEAT EXCHANGE system and might

not function properly with weather nearing freezing temperatures.

* Pool heat timer runs from 8am - 10pm.
