VRBO Stay

The property was lovely with lots of activities for all my family's ages. Loved all the games/amenities (ping pong, corn hole, chess, pool, hot tub, amazing game room) and the outside tiki bar. Lacking parking spaces for multiple rental cars. Early morning construction across the street was a disruption for our small kids who woke up early due to the noise.

This house was in a great location for Disney and universal properties. My kids loved the themed rooms. My biggest complaint was time in response to issues. We couldn't get the hot tub hot for the first 3 days and then it wouldn't turn off and the water in both the pool and spa became unbearably hot. Even the maintenance man said he couldn't stand near it, it was too unsafe to swim in. I just felt like the whole pool heat additional cost was a waste of money. Otherwise we were happy with the home. It's a vacation home so things are worn in but that's expected.

The best thing about the house is it was pretty clean. However, the property is definitely older than the pictures make it seem - which I understand…. They want people to rent it. But the main two reasons we booked THIS house was the outstanding looking backyard and the game room. The cushion on the cabana in the back were moldy and for the price of the house at least the cushion should be replaced. Several of the chess pieces were broken. The grill in the back only heated in one area. Game room: My granddaughter loves air hockey but the table is broken. Based on the condition of the table, it probably has been broken for a while. Also, one of the motor cycles was broken so no racing against each other. There are two TV areas downstairs, the TV did not work in one area. It came on but you couldn’t change the channels or anything - we tried all the controllers in the house thinking maybe they got switched up. But there was a TV in most of the bedrooms and one did work in the other living area. The WiFi was shut off before 6:00am on the day we departed - so make sure you take care of checking in or any other business by midnight the night before departure.

Never have to leave!

What an AMAZING property! We had so much fun! Everything was clean and set up great! The grocery delivery made life so easy. The arcade room was a huge hit with the kids (and adults!). They have a highchair and stroller which was great for the little one. Pool and hot tub was clean and safe. Outside had tons of fun activities too! Kids loved the games/mini golf, teens loved the cabana/bar area with music! Oh and we did go to the Reunion water park and lazy river with the provided passes which was also a great! We enjoyed our stay! We hardly wanted to leave the house to go to any parks in Orlando because we enjoyed the rental so much! Thanks!

This location along with the house was just what the Dr ordered…. Besides the fact my GPS git me lost every time we left to come back to the community all was great….
