The pools were the only thing I liked, what I didn’t like was the main pool with kid slides was a few to enter into, however the resort already charges a resort fee for the rooms and now to enjoy the water slides and lazy river you’re charge $25.00 per person, also the room service was an extreme delay for over an hour. The extended stay that I had to do, the room that was given for the stay was an extreme disappointment.

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort! The food was great, and my daughter had a fantastic time at the water park. The only downside was that housekeeping wasn’t available upon request for stays shorter than two weeks, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, it would be helpful to have ice machines closer to the buildings with studio rooms, especially since those rooms don’t have fridges with ice makers. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience overall!
