It's a nice place with lots of potential but limited in following areas: What we disliked the most was the DRUG smell everywhere! This is supposed to be a family oriented place and the drug stench at every corner is a huge turn off. We arrived on Friday afternoon and were received with a looong line to check in. It took at least 1 hour to check in. The room we booked was no longer available so they "upgraded" us to a different one in the 6000 building. There was a large garbage bag full of dirty items and a questionable smell right outside the door to our room. Not a pretty sight or smell greeting us to our room. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. So hopefully you have good cell phone coverage in your room; we didn't. The fridge (not freezer) turned all our food into ice blocks. The AC would not cool below 70*F even though we were setting to 67*F to sleep. I slept mostly uncovered to stay comfortable. The included soap bar for the shower left our skin dry; so consider bringing your own soap. I regreted not bringing mine. I never saw a water fountain in our building so bring your own water too. The TV remote did not allow us to change the input source; this limited us to their channels only. We had to use our tablets instead on their hit and miss Wi-Fi. The paid water park was the highlight of our stay but closes too early at 6:00pm. Check-out is too early at 10:00am. My 11:00am checkout request was denied. Will not stay here again unfortunately.

First time staying here, family with kids no on site breakfest options, which was not that bad as everything is close by to the location. Sometimes inconvenient when you want to grab a quick breakfest, can be noisy at times at night especially with kids. Overall place was good. No true complaints, if i was to go back probably would not go back if I had to pick. Check in was rough 45 min to check in and the room I booked they did not have it, but gave me an upgrade at no cost which was nice. It seems to be a very common thing, as I had friend with family and same experience.

This is one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at. Multiple dining options. A waterpark on site. A nice gym, and tons of kid and adult activities. Conveniently located near Disney and a short drive from universal. We will stay here again.

The Suite I stayed in was fabulous except for the loud noises from the Suite above. The pictures of the pool show the Water Park which is not all that and they CHARGE $25 per person per day to use it. The only open pool bar is in that area. This is truly not a place for Handicap Individuals. No transportation was available to get around. Property is safe behind Security Guards. Its a beautiful place. Restaurants are sad and expensive. Mexican Restaurant looked good but quite pricey.

I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, none were available. Instead, I was given a room with a king bed and a sofa bed, which unfortunately was not very comfortable. The bathroom could use some remodeling, as the faucets and bathtub weren’t as clean as expected. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location—very close to the Disney parks, with convenient access to Walmart, CVS, and various restaurants. The water park is lovely, and the pool near our building was excellent.
