Great location to parks and great end unit
Like many have stated ,the property is as described , the location is very convenient to all the parks . It’s an end unit which was much more private and quiet in our opinion .Clubhouse pool was nice when we weren’t using the unit pool . We had a small issue leaving one morning when the door wouldn’t lock , called the PM he wasn’t much help with instructing us to use the key in the lock box on property to get the door locked , but assured us he would come and get the door locked , which he did . While we realize people are coming and going regularly ,overall our only complaint would be that the unit needs a very thorough deep cleaning . Grout on the lower level floor tiles was very dirty and since the unit had carpet upstairs( not ideal ), it could use a good cleaning more often .While decorative , throw pillows are germ magnets . The washer had a bad mildew odor when we opened it to start a load of towels ( as required before check out ) and the downstairs bathroom seemed to have a sewer smell all week.
