The overall experience with amenities was great but I wasn't able to check in until 5:45 and that was after asking 2 times about my room so my son and I had all our luggage sitting in the lobby. Not great.

Checking in was the worse. It took us forever to settle in. We had the room for only few hours. I requested a late check out and the lady in the front desk said yes but I had to pay $69 more. Crazy

We took our grandkids here and had a blast!! So much to do and the waterpark was fun! Food options were reasonable. Will definitely be back!! Only bad thing is the elevator was a long walk from our room so we got lots of exercise.

Good place to stay with kids. We have been here a few times we love it, my only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable. Well and also parking is $35 per day.

Nice stay but costly

When we checked in the girl that helped us was excelente, friendly and very helpful! However parking for handicapped is horrible! There are 2 spaces outside the parking area. Yes, it was busy but there was no parking on the first 3 floors and the 4th floor has no handicapped stalls. We went in and out a few times and every time no spaces. Getting in and out of the car is difficult enough but the smaller space makes it harder. We do enjoy staying here but the cost does make it difficult!

It was spring break month, so kids are expected to be around. However a lot of parents were allowing their roam hotel hallway and lobby after 9 pm. Just walking around their pajamas and throwing things. Elevator were busy going up and down so much that I couldn’t go to my room. The lodge auto text reminding to be quiet during 11pm to 7 am, didn’t stop kids from running down the hall and jumping around.

Very fun activities and water park for kids. Very clean which I greatly appreciate. I hated their parking services and the app did not work and it caused a ton of issues getting out of parking. They also double charged for my room and I had to resolve it but they did give a refund. So double charging and parking is not ideal, especially having to pay a separate service then the hotel for parking.
