This was a horrible hotel experience. The facility was dirty, the cleaning staff emptied the room garbages but did not refill toilet paper, tissues or towels, the beds were unmade and the pull out sofa did not have sheets that fit it. The staff was rude and the room thermostat would not hold temp

The room had nice theme for the kids but the bedding not comfortable at all. I saw cockroaches in the water park. The food was nasty, I tried the pizza and wings and the buffet and also I trired the food by the water park! All of it was uneatable. Wouldn’t go back to that place again.

Even though we had checked in advance the kiosk at the property failed to accept the payment card. We had to que for over 45 minutes to check in. It was frustrating that we lost time that we would have spent in the water park. The room was dated and taps and cistern was broken.
