Moxy is unique hotel chain by Marriott, this is my first time staying there with my family and I loved it. The front table/bar area with the swings are a nice modern touch. Hubby and I enjoyed the bar and our free drink tokens until 11:30 and we loved the drinks and our bartender, Elle. Room was good, beds comfy. The bathtub had issues with drainage. It needs to cleaned using a declogger. Valet was good. One issue we saw throughout was that the staff (at the bar and valet) were going above and beyond to make it comfortable for the guests but they seemed frustrated. The hotel management needs to be concerned, if they don’t give the staff what they need to continue providing great service there will be a lot of turnover. I will give Moxy another chance.

World Series trip
