We booked a package with breakfast but the hotel claimed they didn't have it when we checked in. After day three I asked again and showed that I had paid and extra $60 for cancellation insurance and breakfast. Make sure you get what you pay for.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay! Checked in on Wednesday for my son’s baseball tournament! Left on a Sunday! 7/9-7/13!!! Everything was super convenient from the elevators, ice machines, complimentary laundry detergent, etc! Our Queen room was comfortable and relaxing! I love that bathroom provided a shower mat for the tub! Our team was provided with our own meeting room with complimentary breakfast every morning with great food and hosting service! Bar service was great! The dinner we ordered was delicious! Many families and other organizations joined in the lobby and this hotel met everyone’s needs with smiles on their faces! The ladies at the front desk were always helpful and friendly! I love going places where you are treated with kindness! I would definitely recommend this hotel location to anyone traveling through Edmond, OK! Thank you for a great stay!

This property could’ve been rated higher, however, we had to ask for bathing towels daily as they would only give us two towels per room and there were four of us. It was my daughter and my two grandkids staying with me. We couldn’t we use the towels over, because the humidity in the room was so high the towels wouldn’t dry. There was no fan in the bathroom so all the moisture just stayed in the room. All of our hanging clothes were even damp as well as food items in the room absorbing moisture. The biggest complaint though was having to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper when they removed the old towels they would leave us two and never left an extra roll of toilet paper. The only other issue we had was the bathroom around the pool was filthy. Someone had used the bathroom and there was stuff smeared on the seat and the walls. It took two days of complaining for them to finally get it cleaned up. So when using the pool we had to keep running back to the room to use the restroom.

The good: Room was great and very clean, pool was wonderful, all but one of the staff was extremely helpful. The bad: The worst check-in experience I've ever had due to one of the employees. She was absolutely horrible - snarky, rude, and completely unhelpful. It was so ridiculous that I thought someone was going to pop out from the backroom and tell me it was a joke. I talked to the manager about my experience and hopefully something is done so other guest don't have to go through that. So, basically, if I hadn't had the bad experience at check-in then I would say this is one of the best hotels my family has ever stayed at.
