Featuring a stunning living room with sliding doors that open up to a beautiful balcony area, you’ll be able to enjoy your evenings, watching the sun go down over lake and hills in the distance. Prepare your meals in the beautiful kitchen, or spark up the barbecue and enjoy your dinner outside!

Ideally suited for large groups with children wanting their own space, this home has a second lounge area downstairs with its own fireplace ensuring cosy getaways all year round.

In summer, you’ll no doubt be wanting to get out onto the water. Make use of the kayaks or for those who wish to bring their boat, a jetty is available to use during your stay (please refer to the special conditions). To launch your boat, the nearby Otamarae boat ramp is only a few minutes down the road.

The home is just a short 25-minute drive away from Rotorua where you’ll find shops, cafes, restaurants as well as being a half-hour away from Papamoa. Close by, make sure to visit the beautiful Tutea Falls as well as one of the many thermal natural springs.

Lovely batch stay with friends & family

Love coming back here, the location is hard to beat! Our family had the best stay. We did unfortunately have to leave a night early due to the toilets failing and we were not prepared to keep running to the lake to fill the toilets up 😬😅

This Bach is ready for a bulldozer. Filthy and nothing like the pictures suggest. Scenery was beautiful but the house was awful. Feeling very ripped off!!
