Dorothy & John's Ocean City Md Vacation Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 community pools open Memorial Day to Labor Day - one pool is practically in our backyard - there are tennis courts, shuffleboard, and even a kids miniature golf for residents and guests. There is a short-cut in our backyard to Northside Park with softball fields, bicycle paths, jungle-gym, playground, and kayaking, crabbing and fishing from their pier. You are welcome to use crabbing equipment/nets in shed. Also beach toys and boogie boards for your use.
One of Ocean City's best-kept secrets "Montego Bay Residential Community"; quiet yet close to bus transportation at corner, ocean a short 1 1/2 block walk across Coastal Highway. Restaurants, shopping all within walking distance.
Our vacation home has central air-conditioning;; dishwasher and new flooring ; new washer and dryer and an equipped kitchen; Sleeping accommodations (3 bedrooms) include: 1st bdrm: queen; 2nd bdrm: queen and twin; 3rd bdrm:twin over double bunkbeds. Please provide your own bed-linens, paper products (IF NOT CONVENIENT TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE LINEN CLOSET. PLEASE PUT ANY LINENS USED IN HAMPER OR WASHING MACHINE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Cleaning service requires a fee of $20 if you want fresh sheets made up on beds before arrival. Let me know ahead of time? Community Amenities Included 2 Pools (Memorial Day to Labor Day), 2 Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, 9 Hole Miniature Golf Course With A Childrens Playground, 8 Acre Lake With Wildlife Sanctuary And Walking/Jogging Path, 5-Acre Park Next To Lake. Conveniently located next to Ocean City's popular Northside Park (a 52-acre park) - walking trails; biking; softball fields; fishing & crabbing piers.

The Ocean City area is home to at least twelve 18-HOLE GOLF COURSES within a twenty minute drive; Main attractions include: Assateague Island, Ocean City's Famous Boardwalk and Inlet area, Frontier Town Wild West Show, Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth Beaches, Rehoboth Outlets (tax-free shopping).

The location was great for our family. Easy walk across Coastal Highway to the beach and near lots of amenities, parks, and places to eat. It’s cozy but we expected that. Dorothy was very responsive and even let us check in early.

This property is an older home in a nice community, well situated to access amenities and the beach. Be advised that there's a lot of decorative items and a TV that's not mounted that makes the property more suited to mature renters. The wifi didn't work and after multiple attempts in working with the owner, we gave up and created our own hotspot. An inside door had damage that was blamed on us so beware and always notify the owners at the beginning of your stay of any issues. The handheld sprayer at the kitchen sink also didn't work. We chalked these issues up to being in an older home. The beds are unmade when you arrive and sheets are placed on each bed for your use. We did multiple loads of linens and towels before leaving and left loads in both the washer and dryer but were still criticized about what was left. We vacuumed and swept but with 4 young children didn't get everything and was notified that our cleaning was insufficient. Again...it was ok for the age, price and location but beware of the expectations if you're bringing kids.
