Near beach and easy to get to

We enjoyed the hot tub and definitely enough room for the 5 of us. The outdoor pool was excellent. The rooms in the condo were very spacious.

The location is great, The price was good. The microwave didnt work. But we really enjoyed our stay and would rent there again. The location

Overall Very clean, but left moldy used coffee filter in maker. Only enough coffee and filters for one morning. Old bulky TV in master bedroom that buzzed really loud even w TV on mute. Hot tub very new and nice, clean and ready to use. Very private. Easy parking. Spacious, nice lighting and ceiling fans. AC worked well. Staff not all that friendly, just the basics, no smiling, no small talk, even just a hint of feeling that you are bothering them during check in. Good location, and about the same price as small dilapidated room on the boardwalk, so overall very good deal. Would stay again, just wasn't perfect.

I was quite impressed by the comfort, location and size of both rooms I couldn't have asked for anything better

My wife and I have stayed at Club Ocean Villas II several times in the past and thought it would be an excellent place to stay with our 2 year old daughter. The trip began about as perfectly as possible. Very nice unit, well maintained. I was told at check in that there was a possibility that we would be moving units at the end of the week. Rather inconvenient, but with our past experiences here we figured it would not be a problem. Possible moving day comes and I had to go to the office to confirm that we would be moving. Would have been nice if they contacted us to let us know. Anyway, I was told that the unit was being cleaned as we spoke and we would be notified when it was ready. Out of curiosity, I walked over to see the new unit location, nobody was working on the room.... Finally get the call that the room was ready. Grab all of our belongings and move. The new unit (#216) absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke! Back to the front desk to tell them, they send an "ozone machine" which is just a fan in a box. Seriously? Obviously, it did not work for the smell. Then we see ants crawling all over the kitchen counter. The dishwasher smells like sewer water when opened. The unit has a washer/dryer but I can't open the door to get to it. Door handles in the unit are broken. Handle to outside gate is broken. The list goes on and on.... Problem is, there is nothing we can do about this situation. Not like we can just leave and get another place in Ocean City Md on a Friday night in August! So we decide to tough it out. The place offers a private, outside hot tub that is "maintained at 102-104 degrees" per the information provided in the room. After this disaster, we decide to relax in the hot tub which is about 70 degrees. After many attempts to get it working, we call for assistance and get an answering service. Tish is supposed to call us back. Wait 30 minutes, try to call again. The answering service hangs up on my wife!!!! Tish, I am still waiting for that call back... I have been to Ocean City Md many times in the past 20+ years and have never been treated like an animal until this trip. Club Ocean Villas II will never get another dollar from our family.

I was a little worried at first when the attendant couldn't find our *rbitz reservation, but she verified our reservation with *rbitz and put us in a room for the duration of our stay. Seemed to be a disconnect somewhere between *rbitz, property management, and the hotel. Good beds, full kitchen, but living room furniture was very dorm-like. Our room was right on the canal, which was very nice and would have been unbelievable if we had a boat!

Me and my family had a wonderful time here. The workers are nice rooms are clean diffenttly coming back!!!!!

The room was very spacious and cozy. Very nice private deck area with a nice hot tub. First night was very quiet and awesome however the second night the guest above our room showed up and were vary loud as they were running around and banging stuff and slamming doors until 3 am. Only other down fall is they do not keep staff there after 7pm. Otherwise would definately recommend this place.

These timeshares are really lovely and a great value, especially during off-season. We couldn't stay the entire time due to hurricane Sandy, but the time we spent there was quite nice. Amenities were very modern and well cared-for, the beds were firm, and the lighting was very nice. We had a unit facing one of the canals, and it was an extra perk to have that view of the calm water outside. The only drawback was the limited office hours. If you are checking in after hours, it can be a bit confusing as to getting your keys and the internet code. You have to call an answering service, which we didn't know until we called the timeshare number and listened to their answering machine. However, that was resolved quickly and was very minor. Thanks for a great stay!

It was much nicer than staying at a hotel, and with so many things within walking distance, our stay was very comfortable.

Overall good times. The two bedroom condo easily fit five adults and a one year old. Condo was nice, clean and very sufficient. Only a block from the beach. Also a block away from the food lion, which is good because we enjoy to cook. Also the Gold's Gym passes for the week were great and the gym is only four blocks away. Overall great place and great time.

I'm pleased with the place I'll definitely try to come back to it again and for sure recommend it to our friends. We loved it. We wished we had more time. It's very family friendly.

I had a great time at my stay in club ocean villas. I felt like the place was too big for three people. Will definitely go back.

The hotel was good, besides the fact we had to change rooms for some odd reason, that we weren't given by the staff. Also the hot water when filling the tub didn't stay hot for too long, so wasn't able to take a bath. Last but not least the WIFI in the hotel sucked. Other than that the room was perfect for our 6 member family. The kids especially loved the outside Jacuzzi!

The villa is beautiful the pictures are exactly how the room/time share is. The only thing is I thought this was right on the boardwalk and it's not it's about 10mins away, but it is in walking distance of the beach. Other than that it's a great place. I just wish they had an earlier check-in time than 5pm. We had a great time & didn't have any problems. Staff very nice. Large rooms, great kitchen area. Very nice.

This was one of the best vacations we have had and the accommodations reinforced it for us. This condo is clean and has all of the upgrades. It was spacious and the staff was very nice and very pleasant! Although about 2-3 blocks from the beach and several blocks from the boardwalk - this was not a big deal for us!! We loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone. The only negative I can identify is the wi fi was in and out but this was minor compared to the overall cleanliness, privacy and atmosphere. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the front door. It was like we moved to Ocean City and had our own Condo. We had everything we needed there, kitchen, hot tub, appliances etc.. Both pools were refreshing and the staff was great. I will be back next year for a week!!

This place is amazing! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool! It was close to a grocery store and fast food places yet far enough away to be nice and quiet. The condo was beautiful inside and we can't believe it was so cheap! We will never stay anywhere else when we are in OC. The huge playground a couple streets over was a nice bonus too.

Condo was excellent. Was traveling for a cheerleading competition in Ocean City. The host hotel (Hilton) would have cost double what Ocean Villas II cost, without 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full kitchen. Convenient to all the Ocean City spots. Would stay there again.
