The room was okay. Bed mattresses were too high, uncomfortable and squeaking. I told staff about them and they would pass along the comment to the managee but nothing happened. Since it was 2 nights, I left it. First day for breakfast, staff took too long to clean tables. Next day I had to tell staff the coffee ran out. Overall it was a decent stay and service was generally good.

Room was clean and parking very convenient. I think this is one of the best places to stay in the East Bay While it is not convenient to the Bart. It is very convenient to the ferry getting into the city. Alameda is a great little town to explore and there are so many excellent food options within only a couple of blocks.

The room was in fine condition and the desk check in was seamless. But the next morning someone was sawing and tapping on the pipes in the sink area it was like being at the dentist. The noise kept going for hours. Then the maid was knocking on the door and attempting to enter with the door latch on making a huge clatter. No peace was to be had in the morning. It didnt matter that they had a late checkout of noon. By 11am i was done listening to the pipe sawing and the maids knocking to come in. I gave up and left.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed here, and it's always a pleasure. Rooms are large and ckean, breakfast is nice, staff is friendly and location is ideal for walking around Alameda.

The front desk staff was great, accommodating , professional and friendly. I had no issues with my room, comfortable and clean. The hotel is located on a busy street, Webster Street so if your room faces that street expect some street noise, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. All in all a great experience with convenient parking and location.
