Smooth and very quick check in. Staff very helpful and attentive. There was a random charge for breakfast to my room which I didn't order but the receptionist was quick to fix the issue. Room was small but very clean and well maintained. It is sort of awkward on the first floor facing the alley way ...
My daughter and I spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, our room with a view of the canal and colorful houses was small but perfect for our needs. Our bathroom floor was warm, which was nice on the toes! The staff was so friendly and warm and helpful. ...
This is a great hotel in a good location!! Close to things and able to walk to key bus stops! The staff were great and the breakfast was wonderful!! My only recommendation would be to improve the showers. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor making it difficult to keep dry..
We had a great stay at the Nyhavn 71 Hotel. This hotel is located in a picturesque location close to center city as well as many sites and restaurants. A modern design mixing old and new gives this hotel a great vibe. The room service was exceptionally quick. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel in good location and has a warm feeling. Room size good and bed very comfortable. Quiet with windows closed, but room was warm and a bit noisy with windows open. We did not get an updated room so bathroom was outdated and dirty. Was told we had to pay more for an updated room. Poor maid service, ...

Nice hotel.staff helpful. Close to Public transport. Shop a few metres from hotel.
Selected Bella Sky for 2 night post cruise stay. Taxi cost $40 USD. The location is near a train stop and right next to a huge convention center. You must take the train to the city for any tourist attraction or to the next train stop for any food or shopping. The staff could not be more helpful with the "how to" or "where is" info one needs in Copenhagen. We had a room in tower 2, 18th floor, ultra modern and comfortable. The only way to get to tower 2 from the lobby is on floor 2 or floor 23 which you need to take an elevator to, cross over the sky bridge, then take the elevator to your floor. Most of the time the ground entrance to tower 2 was closed so you had to go through tower 1, that was annoying. Also, the restaurant is in tower 1. Suggest you get very comfortable with the trains and how they work. Get a day pass from the Bella station so you are covered for the day. Some of the in town train stations get very busy and the terminals don't switch to english. Riding without a valid ticket will cost you over $100USD.
The staff here is amazing and the rooms very comfortable. (Kristian at the Concierge desk should be GM by the time I visit next. Great customer service. I would have give the total experience a 5.0 but, from a tourist point of view, the location is not ideal It is quite far from the center of town and situated directly next to the train yard for Copenhagen's Central Train station. There are miles of railroad tracks behind the hotel and you need to walk quite a ways to get around them...or take a taxi. It's not an area in which I would walk alone at night. The Japanese Restaurant and the Steak House are very good, albeit expensive. The hotel's "brasserie" is nothing special at all. They have a very limited menu. I'm sure most people are out for lunch so it's a decent menu for the purpose. Their room service is based on "green" delivery. If you order room service it will come in a paper bag or cardboard box w/ plastic utensils, or none at all, in the case of a pizza with the toppings falling off and no way to put them back but your fingers.. As well, there is a $5 delivery charge any time you order room service. You do have the option to pick it up in your "to go" bag. However, that being said, as a conference center, with meetings during the day, and planned activities at night, it's perfect. The hotel is whimsically decorated with "Tivoli" characters and so the artwork and atmosphere are lovely.
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel close to the canals and central train station. At night the street was a little questionable. Lots of strip clubs and erotica shops. But in the daytime it was great!
