Newly renovated "Located in the heart of Barefoot Resort." A great view overlooking a world class Golf Course. The beach is located approximately 2.9 miles away and close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and fishing charters. This unit is 2BD/2Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa, sleeps 6 and is located on the 2 floor. Amenities include access to an outdoor pool, basketball court, tennis court, and driving range. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Gain access to fantastic Barefoot Resort amenities... 4 World Class Golf Courses, A full-service marina, tennis, sand volleyball, basketball courts and two pools (Ironwood pool, Outdoor jacuzzi and a 350,000 gallon NorthTower Pool (open April through October). This condo also has an in-unit laundry and a private balcony with additional seating. Flat screen cable TVs and fans in all bedrooms and living room (YouTube and Prime TV option from living room). We give you access to FREE NETFLIX (living room), FREE PARKING, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, Ironwood pool and a 350,000 gallon pool (one of the largest pools in South Carolina).

FREE shuttle service offered to guests to and from the beach. Depending on the route you take, there is a 6-7 min drive to the beach. clean, modern and close to fun activities

overall, it is amazing. 1. Super clean. wife is allergic to dusty mites. She did NOT have any allergic reaction during the stay 2. Modern appliances like new condition. 3. Neighborhood is very nice. Close to beaches and other fun family activities. 4. communication was very good. instant reply. The only thing I wish it had were to allow self-serve thermostat control.
