"We stayed in a whirlpool suite. The tub was not clean. There was an obvious patch on the ceiling from an upstairs leak, that looked like it was ready to fail again. The bed was uncomfortable, with flat pillows. The Wi-Fi was slower than dial up service. The tv was stuck in store mode, so there was an advertisement banner covering the bottom 3rd of the screen constantly. The knob in the shower was on backwards, so hot was cold. The bed was up against the heater, and there was only one night stand on one side of the bed. And you could hear every plumbing from surrounding rooms. So when an upstairs shower or toilet was used, you heard everything, especially a hot tub. And the dimmer light switch above the hot tub was broken, and there was no way to turn the lights off. So we had to sleep with the light on."
