Wonderful, new resort. I needed a resort that wasn’t too big for my toddler, and this was perfect. I thought the hotel room floor could have been cleaner when we checked in… but that’s my only complaint!

Newly opened hotel so very clean and staff was very organized and helpful. Love that the floors are wood instead of carpet. There are so many amazing details in the hotel that make you feel like you are in a medieval castle. The variety of pools was really amazing. This is our new go-to hotel in the Dells.
