Three Star Stay

Awesome hot water for showers and a clean tub for baths. Plenty of towels provided. Firm, but comfortable beds. Great location in relation to downtown, but the neighborhood was undesirable. Lots of noise from dogs barking, music playing past 10pm, and airplanes flying over. Did not meet our cleanliness standards- urine stains by the toilet, fecal matter near plunger, crumbs and other debris on floors that stuck to feet/ socks. Kitchen dishes and utensils were not clean and were very limited. Only 1 trash bag left for a 4 day stay. No curtains over windows in bedrooms. Overall, it met our needs, but we would not stay here again.

Great spot to stay when visiting Charleston

We had 3 adults and 3 kids visiting Charleston for a few days after a cruise. The location was very convenient to both downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant and was so much more affordable than staying right in Charleston. The house was clean, easy to access, had all we needed and the check out list was quick and easy. It’s nothing fancy, but just what we needed and we would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our time in Charleston! The home was located in North charleston, was a great location fir getting to plantations, Folly beach and downtown Charleston. The neighborhood was a bit run down but we felt comfortable in the home. Much cheaper than staying in Charleston.

**EXCELLENT**

I highly recommend staying here! Tiffany was warm, welcoming and readily available, as needed. When our vacation was interrupted by an unavoidable emergency, we could not have asked for a more sympathetic and compassionate host. We will certainly book again on our return trip to Charleston.

Great house, interesting neighborhood

The property itself, was perfect for what we were needing. Good proximity to the airport and River Front Park. The neighborhood was questionable though. Other than that, the host was very accommodating to work with.

Really great space for a family of 5

Tiffany was super kind to provide a recliner for my elderly dad to sleep in. It is hard to find a location with a reclining chair for a person with sleep apnea or nerve trouble. The home was perfectly appointed for a family of 5. They were also kind to provide coffee and a very nice welcome basket. Really great 5 star location.

Weekend family trip

Communication with Tiffany was great, and home was available for an earlier check-in which helped with our littles naps. Upon arrival, we noticed a very strong cleaner smell. To the point where our throats were scratchy because of it. Visited during peek pollen season, so opening windows wasn’t an option. Ended up getting use to the smell over time, and it did seem to fade a bit, but after leaving EVERYTHING smelled and needed washed when we arrived back home. The floors need to be deep cleaned as it turned our socks black. And The quality of towels, toilet paper, sheets, pillows etc. were very poor and could use an upgrade. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Just some Minor details that would have helped elevate the stay though! The place was very spacious and served our needs though.

Good price

The house was great for what I needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the location has easy access to downtown Charleston and other sites. I loved the layout of the house and with plenty of room! I would rent again.

Perfect for our needs

Great location for us, as our extended family was in N Charleston for Xmas. Plenty of space, though the second bathroom is quite tight. For us, we just needed a place to put our head down. Would consider staying again if necessary.

The host was unprofessional. Called the cops because of constant opening and closing the door and did not issue refund. She also had us leave the property because of that reason.

This little house was perfect for our little family. Space for the kids to play, rooms and bed availability was perfect! Everything was a short drive from the house but was great for not being in an overly busy place. Very homie and clean as well and loved by us and the kids!

CLEAN

I had eye surgery on Tuesday and again on Wednesday and needed a place to stay close to the facility and I booked this place. CLEAN! Looked just like pictured. I walk with a walker and had just enough room to navigate the home with ease. Hard wood floors that were clean and easy on bare feet. We didn’t cook due to appointments but everything was there to cook with. Big refrigerator with ice maker for cold drinks of any kind. The beds were comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer were good to clean our clothes before going home. We liked everything. Only problem we had was it rained and wet leaves outside were brought in on our shoes leaving a leaf or two on the floors (we swept them up, didn't want to leave house dirty). This was a good and CLEAN place to stay. Did I mention CLEAN?

Visiting family

Rented this place while visiting my son who was recently stationed in Charleston. Cute little house, met the needs of what I needed. Close to everything. Once my dad figured out the AC .. I think It was just on fan when we got there.. everyone slept comfortably. Very quiet neighborhood.

B&B at Tiffany's

The house was very clean. It met our needs. The mattress on all the beds were very hard. There was a shooting at a convenience store about 3 blocks from us. Even though the neighborhood was not the best it was quiet. The welcome basket was very nice and convenient.
