The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location of the Inn is perfect for walking all over Newport. The inn is historical so don't expect modern conditions.

Excellent location and beautiful Inn. Had a great time and staff was very accommodating to our needs. The Inn is clean and the continental breakfast was very nice and good coffee too! Had a lovely time and hope to come back in the future. I highly recommend this Inn for your next stay.
Great quiet location walking distance to key location including pier. Large rooms even with 2 full size bed had plenty of walking space. Free parking , wifi and continental breakfasr.

Oh dear. We are glad you enjoyed our downtown location, but sorry the trash pickup took place when it did. If only we could control such things - we do our best, you can be sure! Hope you're having a great summer and that we'll see you again in Newport sometime. With all best wishes.
