Property could definitely use an update with minor repairs but was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. For the price and a quick overnight stay it was good.

Waited 15 minutes to check in, no one in office. Room was musty, blankets stained with who knows what. One of my worst hotel experiences in 40 years. Avoid this one if at all possible.
It’s a room and a shower. Lol. The bed is old and the room smelled musty.

The light is dark in the room. The fan of restroom is very noisy. The extended power socket is automatic power down. The staff is friendly. The faucet in the bathroom will fall off.
5 minute drive to Newport. Coddington Brew Pub within walking distance. Serves its purpose - cheap place to put your head down after a long day and night in Newport.

is this a non smoking facility? smelled like cigarette smoke terribly in the room. rooms were clean and simple. Had Microwave, refrig which is great. No hair dryer. Location was great and price was great. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate. We only really slept there so the hotel was just fine.
