NOTE - our separate upstairs studio is currently occupied by a couple studying in graduate school; aside from the shared walkway leading to the staircase, guests will have exclusive access to the front and back patios as well as the garage!

The place was even better than the pictures! We absolutely loved the location and island setting — the walking path along the coast was beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the Main Street with its cafés and little shops. Taking the bikes on the ferry to the beach was such a fun and unique experience. The house had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. What a beautiful house! My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights. We rode bikes, walked to get meals and shop, and walked on the boardwalk. We didn’t take the ferry, but it was close, had we wanted to. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families, friends or a girls trip.

Great property and location!

We have stayed on Balboa many times at many different properties, and we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect and super convenient for walking to the ferry and downtown. The bikes were an awesome perk we used daily to explore, and the separate suite up top was perfect for our stay with two families. Overall our stay was great and I'm looking forward to returning in the future.
