I had a one night visit. I needed a wheelchair accessible room and that was taken care of. Check in was completed by Michael in just 2-3 minutes. The previous reviewers who talked about how nice and helpful he was were spot on. The room was clean, smelled fresh and was exactly as I asked for. Mattress was a bit firm for my taste but beats saggy by a mile. Pillows were soft and downy and smelled clean and fresh. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Fridge and other room accessories all clean and in perfect working order. Breakfast had standard options. Coffee, milk, juices, both Activia and Chobani yogurt, cereal eggs, sausage, toast, cinnamon buns and fresh made pancakes. 10/10 would stay again.
Old hotel, needs to be updated really fast. Breakfast menu and area we very disappointing.

Bathroom, elevator and fitness room were filthy. Looked like the fitness room has not been cleaned in months. Very noisy after 10pm. People in hallways laughing and carrying on past midnight. Happened both times I have stayed here. Lack of parking. Elevator and front doors looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. My bathroom had urine and hair around the side and back when we got there. Totally disappointed.
The tv reception was so bad, I couldn’t watch tv.
It’s disgusting and I wouldn’t let my dog stay there, let alone a human
Good food! Nice room and clean! I didn’t like that there was no Christian channels on the TV. I know Direct TV has them. One Christian channel would be nice!
Love the room and the breakfast was very good. The exercise room needs some work. One of the treadmill were broken and the room needs some free weights.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was awesome. The only complaint I have was that my room was next to the maintenance room, so it was a bit noisy.
The room was clean and appeared to be relatively new. The staff, including the manager, were very accommodating and helpful. I would return to this hotel again.
nice hotel, good breakfast. kind of half to wind around the road a little bit to get to it, but other than than, everything was great. if a local university visit, like to cal u, call hotel directly to get univ rate.
if your traveling through or visiting the area this is a great hotel. We liked all of the shopping by the hotel and the easy access to the freeway.
