The staff was very nice and the room was very clean, but when we arrived we were told that the pool was closed indefinitely and the day before we checked out they decided to paint the area under the portico making entrance and exit using the front sliding doors inaccessible. We were forced to park in the rear of the hotel and had a very difficult time loading our vehicle when we checked out.

It was a really great stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff that ran breakfast was amazing. Check in was stress free and we got a room that was perfect in location that was helpful for us.

Was in between Pittsburgh and Falling Water and this was the perfect stop with good restaurants in the area.
pool was closed due to a maintenance issue. no notification ahead and grandchildren were coming to swim with us and we only see them once or twice per year. very disappointing to them.

I booked by error what I thought was a "smoking free room" which turned out to be a "smoking, free wi-fi " room so when we arrived they only had on king bed with a jacuzzi tub IN THE bedroom taking up a large portion of the room- which was also $30 more per night! Above us was another jacuzzi tub that kept us awake when they filled it every night at midnight for 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager the next day and she never called me to discuss our issues. Poor wording on the booking website, poor service at hotel handling guests that made this reservation months ago.
It was a large clean room with a large desk. A flat screen would have been nice, but the TV worked fine. Continental breakfast was hot and had enough choices.
We were in town visiting friends, so this hotel was in the perfect spot to go shopping, eat and still be close enough to make it to our party in plenty of time. The only downside was the we requested a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room which smelled really bad. The staff did everything possible to remove the smell, but unfortunately were not able to do so and the hotel was booked. The free breakfast was nice, although they ran out of waffle mix early and never refilled. Overall, a good trip and I would definitely stay there again!
The Hampton was great from check in to check out.Everyone was pleasant and courteous. The parking lot provided a nice outside place to walk. Breakfast was very nice and the closeness of other reastraunts made the two days very pleasant.
