I was really disappointed. Its was my first time I stayed at this hotel. Paying a full price for a 4 star hotel ,it was very disappointing. They dont serve breakfast, charge separately for parking and on the top of that the room didn't have a coffeemaker nor any hot beverage provided,what most all hotels do, and not even the regular body lotion or shampoo. Even the TV is not playing normally. The fact that I gave a 3 star is because of the cleanliness. Its my first and last time.
