The Memoir is my absolute favorite hotel in this city hands down! I can’t describe how lovely this hotel is from the staff to the rooms to the fabulous rooftop pool. Every detail of this hotel is perfect. The decor in the lobby up to the rooftop bar. I adore this hotel and actually looking into becoming a resident. I also want to mention that the food at the bar is 10/10! Please get the burger and fries!!! It was the best burger I’ve ever had (no kidding)! I will most definitely stay here again before moving here!!

I really loved returning to Memoir during the days of my busy week in New Orleans. It was a wonderful place to hang out, to enjoy a morning coffee, an evening swim or a chat on the balcony. The staff make it especially warm, big ups to Tre, Lilliana and Gavin. They made sure we knew about events and places to go and eat. I'll be back for sure.

This was by far one of the best properties I have stayed in in terms of quality and value. The rooms was in greay condition. The location is perfect for a quick commute to the convention center and everyone at the property is very nice. The gym is also great.

The location, staff, and food was amazing! There was a bad odor that hit me when I entered the room and didn’t leave for the 3 days I was there. Unfortunately, that affected my comfort level during the stay and while resting. I would love to stay again, without the smell of course.

We have never been to New Orleans and I was nervous about choosing a place to stay-my husband asked why I chose this particular place- it checked all of the boxes- parking was easy and affordable, it was a more quiet area, there were restaurants with in walking distance and transportation, and a rooftop pool! When we got to our room it was quite lovely- it was clean, charming with modern conveniences like a kitchen (just like in the pictures), a full size washer and dryer - which came in very handy, it was very comfortable- with ample closet space. We downloaded the Jazzy pass for the trolleys- they do take a little planning- we even took the bus once-and walking was just as easy- it really is about a 15-20 minute walk depending on where you are going and we aways felt safe no matter what time we were headed back. We did not get to the roof top pool very much-but the view at night is lovely- the bar was not open when we got there and the only disappointment was the pool was closed on Saturday morning- there was no sign or communication - I thought someone forgot to open the door but I was told it wasn't opening until the restaurant opened- not sure why as the restaurant is totally separate. We did not eat there or drink at the bar so I cannot speak to that- Oh- and the gym is huge! We would definitely stay here again -

Overall we had a nice stay. Check-in and out was easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We dis not like that the only television was in the living area and to watch you have to cast from your phone. The instructions for casting were not clear, but we dis get it working. This is certainly a perainal preference but we would have liked a tv in the bedroom area. We did find the bed to be comfortable and appreciated the extra blanket inthe closet. Inthe afternoon/evenings there was a lot of noise from the event venue below us and at times we could even hear the music and party at the pool area. The pool area was really cute! It was very crowded in the evenings and the bar tenders were unorganized and slow. The hotwl has a signature scent that i swear they piped through the vents. It was a nice scentbut very heavy perfume. It was so strong I could smell it outside the front of the building. We were ok with it but for those that are sensitive to perfume, be aware. The location of this was nice. It was outaide of all the big hub bub but still close enough that we walked to many things with ease. We felt safe for the most part, but we did witness a drug deal beside the hotel. They didnt linger. Parking was in a lot just slightly down and across the street from the hotel. I was worried about that, but lots of camaras there and it was fine, but you do pay per day to park. Overall, I would recommend.
