Great staff and great atmosphere but no soap in the bathroom

Great location on Canal St two blocks to Casino and Riverwalk Mall! Bourbon St and French Quarter walkable distance and so much to see and do! Staff was wonderful and always helpful! I will stay there again!

Good experience, Central location...very close to Bourbon st, hotel staff care about patrons

Right in the middle of all the action NOLA has to offer. Don't need a car with central location. Friendly helpful staff.

This was quite literally the WORST hotel stay I have ever had in my life. I was two doors from the elevator & I heard the elevator wires clanging together as the elevator was run ALL night. The refrigerator beat boxed ALL night & the beds were absolutely horrible. My back now has excruciating pain from the bed I was sleeping on. I called to ask for additional blankets & the hotel staff gave me an attitude like they don’t use layered sheets as a comforter to begin with. I finally received these blankets 45 minutes after my initial call & they were all rolled up, not neatly folded. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to an enemy. This hotel is bottom of the barrel.

Great customer service. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. Close to all the hang out places. Having a good time.

All of the staff were very friendly when we interacted. We did sit in the bar area and order a drink only to be told 10 minutes later that someone else was going to wait on use... they never sent anyone else so we left and went down the road for a snack and drink before we went to bed, This was the only negative experience in the hotel

Good location, Room was too close to the elevator hall. I could hear the elevators and the beeping of the elevators' electronic buttons. View was good. mattress was good. Nice big TV screen. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker.

Great location! Happening places are very close. Street cars are right across the street. Acquarium is walking distance. Food, entertainment is very close also.

Great Hotel, great staff. Great location. Adrian at the front desk when we checked in was amazing. She's the best. Thanks Adrian.

Good location, Walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. Hotel room very clean and good housekeeping service

I have no complaints !!! Every thing was very nice and enjoyable.

Only thing to change would be higher showers faucets

Too pricey for what I got. Will shop around next time.

nice time, excellent staff, near attractions, club is on lobby floor

Nice hotel. Good location. Will definitely stay here again.
