I had asked for extra towels before my stay, but did not have them in the room. In the special instructions, i had specified to let my husband check in early due to him already being there for a job training. I left his name and DOB and my phone number in case they needed to talk to me. That also never happened. It was an ordeal to get that situated over the phone. It was very difficult to talk to a real person. Their automated system was TERRIBLE! I must've called about 5 times until i finally was able to get through. It took me 20 minutes to get through while i had to step away from my job. Very inconvenient.

Front desk was not helpful and had attitude to explain things . I paid my trip in package air and Hotel thru Expedia . When I arrived there they added additional $100 for resort fee which was not disclosed . They provided free ticket to visit a facility those were sold out when we called them
