Marriott - New Orleans

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The room itself was small and kind of crowded for 4 people, but the staff was amazing and very helpful! Shout out to Jada (concierge)!!! She is great!

They put us next to the elevator shaft so the whole night you could here the elevator go up and down.

Great place, will stay again next time I'm in New Orleans

Overall, the staff, annuities and atmosphere were excellent.

Excellent location in the heart of french quarter

Had a great time visiting NOLA. My first time. Will definitely be back soon.

Elevators had trouble handling the patron load. Good location. Friendly & courteous staff.

The lack of morning breakfast .It would be nice if the hotel had a sit down breakfast place to eat . It would be nice if you had vending machines that had healthy snacks on each floor .And to provide a better quality of coffee

This hotel is in the perfect location. It was just 2 blocks from Bourbon St. Our room was comfy and clean. The hotel staff was great. My only complaint is that the food is a little pricey. But thankfully there are plenty other restaurants in the area.

The room was clean the staff was nice , the only complaint is the amount they charge for parking ($40 a night) when you are staying at the motel.

Staffs are professional. Helpful, polite. Hotel has all amenities. Free Wifi only available at the lobby. Exercise room is GREAT. Depends on the time of the day, wait time for elevator can be up to about 3-5 minutes. Kriss

Great hotel. Only compliant is that they said construction was occuring 10 floors above me, however it was the floor right above me and it was horribly loud. There were also window washers hanging out on my balcony which i had to call the front desk to complain about. Otherwise, great location with clean rooms. Despite the noise I still would stay there again.

The hotel is in a nice location on Canal Street. Close enough to Bourbon Street but far away enough to get away from all of the noise if you want. My mother enjoyed the trip to the fullest! I stayed at the Sheraton in March and I didn't realize the Marriott was across the street from it. I really liked the Marriott and it's set up so I will definitely be going back!!

Loved the stay was in great location The River room small maybe because of double beds .Bathroom was small. Since we were out all day it was a great location

It was the first time we went to New Orleans with my fiancé and my mom. The hotel has a great location and best staff. We really enjoyed staying there.

We chose Marriott because our daughter was a presenter at conference held there and we wanted to be easily accessible. New Orleans is great walking city and location is in middle of action. I gave two 3's one for comfort ( air conditioner not working properly but was remediated upon request) And room was not vacuumed.

Great location. It was a great hotel with a perfect location. Staff was very nice also.

We had a great time and the hotel and experience. This is a great location and hotel.

The stay is wonderful and we would like to stay again next time

The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. Very nice pool but not enough chairs.
