This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit`s floor. After entering the unit you will walk past the laundry room and into the kitchen immediately followed by the living room. The glass door in the living room leads onto the balcony/patio area that overlooks the pool and fitness center. The first bathroom is located to the right of the kitchen. To the right of the first bathroom is the first bedroom. Two doors to the right is the primary bathroom which includes an attached bathroom.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

This place was perfect for a weekend get away. We had 2 couple stay here in town for Lions/Saints game. Location was perfect, the place was exactly how it looks in pictures. Very clean and nice. My partner and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was everything I imagined. The home is completely as described. We were literally 10 minutes away from Bourbon St as well. We used Uber after our first night to get back and forth, which was pretty cheap too! I have stayed at several vacation homes and this one by far was one of the best. The home was equipped with several rolls of tissue and several washcloths & bath towels. It was stocked with some of everything which is rare. We definitely plan on staying here again whenever we return!

Easy to use location

The property is newer with two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were some quirks to get used to in the condo. Firstly, though there is a gym and pool, we were not allowed to use those facilities as we are not 'residents.' Additionally, the parking is for a designated space but when we arrived there was a vehicle in the spot. Called the manager and they directed us to 'overflow' parking. It appears the condos are still for sale and currently there is sufficient parking as it appears not all of condos are sold. Secondly, nice kitchen with seating for three (there are only three seats and no other tablet). Thirdly, the color scheme is medium gray ceiling and walls with dark curtains and floors. This wasn't evident in the pictures. Beds are nice with a king in the master and a queen in the second BR. Fourthly, the neighborhood is eclectic. Very New Orleans houses nearby, with the French Quarter about 2 miles west. Also nearby are restaurants such as Suis Generis which was a nice change from the raucous French Quarter.
