I booked this specific hotel literally only for the hot tub and pool. Both websites has a photo of hot tub and state there is one on site. No one wanted to help me. This is false advertising and I’m very upset about it. I feel like I got scammed. Not to mention no working doors or elevators. I came to enjoy myself with my kids and couldn’t even do that
