Got there they couldn’t find my reservation at first. Took them about 5 minutes to find it. The room was just ok. Thought for the money it would have been a lot nicer and updated. Took a shower and half way through the water stopped coming out of the shower head and had to try to finish by splashing water from the tub spout. The place had 4 elevators but 3 were out of order. The only good thing was it had a restaurant inside the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel about ten times. The front entrance revolving door was broken last time. Two out of three elevators were out of order from Saturday through Wednesday. Trash bins were overflowing with garbage piled up around the base. The breakfast had lukewarm eggs, and the bacon was as hard as a rock. The bagels were even harder, and the English muffins were stale. I had to pull two long hairs out of my mouth from the eggs! The shower drain was clogged, and the water pressure dropped by at least 75% after five minutes. The furniture is all chipped, the wallpaper is peeling in the hallways, and the paint is peeling. It appears that not one dollar has been spent on maintenance. I will never stay there again, and neither should anyone. .

We were in town for a wedding and our room had no hot water and the drain in the shower did not work. Imagine our surprise to hear that NONE of the wedding guests had hot water or a drain. In chatting with other guests, we learned that this is common for this hotel and that we should have stayed elsewhere. We'll definitely remember this next time we are in town.

2 of the 3 elevators not working. Leaks in faucet ans shower. I asked for extra pillows at 2pm with the woman on the floor then at 330 i called the front desk to ask again. IT IS NOW 9PM AND STILL NO PILLOWS!!!! Shower spout had peices falling off of it. Rusty sprinkler heads. TOWELS WERE LIKE SANDPAPER AS WELL. I have stayed here in the past and it seems like there's no maintenance being done on this hotel. Absolutely horrible
