Wonderful space for a family of four. Very stingy with towels and supplies - had to ask multiple times for extra towels and such. Pool was closed and one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because of the pool. They said the ceiling was unsafe, so clearly, this has been an issue for a while. We were there three days and every day, multiple crews were repairing tiles, the outdoor space, and the roof. We had men on ladders outside both of our room windows, not the nicest visual.

Very nice staff . Helpful room to have double suite co-joined with family . Would go back because of that . Hotel was nothing outstanding but it did the job. Breakfast in the morning was nice to have there , esp with a toddler that wakes up early .
The room was terrific with a separate area for sleeping and one for sitting. Great kitchen and supplies. Staff were very helpful.
This place was quiet, clean, and convenient right off of the Merritt Parkway

This property was very, very clean. Although they could not have the buffet breakfast, they gave everyone a to go breakfast bag that had more than enough food for 1 person. We could not have asked for more.
This isn't the first time I have stayed here and normally I love it but the staff on site during check in were rude. Thankfully it didn't ruin my night and the staff there the next day were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom lock does not work and the TV signal is not stable
My daughters birthday is in the heart of the winter so there is no way that she can have fun in the sun. As someone who loved the water this was a great way for her to enjoy her 10th birthday. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and was put on the first floor ( which is the lowest level in the hotel) but only a short walk to the pool. Our rooms where clean and the front desk was very welcoming. They even did a check in call shortly after checking in to make sure the room was up to my standards. I wasn't to crazy about the breakfast but I wont hold that against the hotel as I am a very picky eater. My girls did eat so that's a plus. This will be our go to hotel from now on.
overall, outstanding. Nice room, great breakfast, quiet, well maintained. But somebody didn't do the full job of cleaning the shower.
