Charming two bedroom cottage located directly across from Silver Sands Beach with magnificent ocean views and full private beach access! Our home is located in a cute, beachy, family-friendly neighborhood with tons of activities to do! There is also a public beach at the end of our street, in addition to a 1-mile long boardwalk, national state park, and a cute shopping town. The boardwalk is only a 5 minute walk away and you can find some of the best restaurants in downtown New Haven just 15 minutes away (New Haven style pizza is a must while in CT!). Our ocean-view cottage also offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views all year round!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and local meal delivery service.
