I was there for a quick business trip and I chose this hotel because it was close to the location of my meeting. What a nice surprise to find a very large, clean, comfortable suite. The desk staff was very nice and they had 2 attendants working the complete breakfast. The price was at the not the ...
Good experience. Please consider changing to regular Heinz catsup. The catsup there is terrible. Also I checked out on a Monday and requested a 1 hour late check out. This should be easy to accommodate, but the front desk representative just dismissed my request without even really checking with ...
Had a great trip, only negative I saw was the breakfast, staff came and cleaned our table, had two extra butters I didn’t use and she took them off my plate and put them back on the buffet line for someone else. Gross, now I know they were fine, but I can’t say that for others. Sorry, throw them ...
A bit of a slow wait at check-in, and the airport shuttle only runs once an hour (so reserve your seat early), but the rooms are surprisingly large and clean with strong hot water in the shower, and ample space to sort out your stuff. Don't be fooled by the exterior, which seems really run down and ...
For the most part the hotel is ok. I felt a more thorough cleaning should be done. There was a ton of crumbs behind the dresser, a toe nail on the carpet and the bathroom shower needed some cosmetic work (chalking was peeling and breaking off which made it looked like it was a rush and improper job ...
It was your basic motel. It’s more affordable & that’s why we stayed there. Very close to the Mall of America, airport & Ikea. Only complaint is that breakfast was pretty limited & the coffee was out. Room was clean & bed was comfortable.
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. I'm not a fan of most free breakfasts at the other hotel chains, but the breakfast offered at this Country Inn & Suites was exceptional with an energetic staff that kept the area well stocked and ...

I was here for a conference. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. Not far from the airport. Great hotel. Staff was lovely
Front Desk wasn't helpful enough with info pertaining to hotel extremities. Would have like to have know about the Skyway.
This hotel was a fun mix of modern/rustic that is so popular these days. The staff was friendly, and the room was tastefully done. I ate two meals in the restaurant, and they were both excellent. I love the fireplace when you walk in- such a cozy spot!
This stay was such a great experience. It was super clean, the staff was nice, and the beds and room was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here
