Horrendously overpriced. There was a hole in our ceiling. Our door deadbolt was so badly bent we could barely open the door. It’s like someone had tried to break into the room!?! The hallways and lobby were not air conditioned. The complementary breakfast was really basic and lame for almost $200 for one night!!
Love the location and love stayijg I the queen suite. This time it looked the room has flood the ceiling was cracked and chipped the wall was chipped and the lamps were t even changed water stains
ok
The employee that checked me in was very friendly, fast & professional. I liked that they topped off the breakfast buffet with hot fresh food 30 min before it ended. I’m used to other hotels saying sorry we ran out. The hotel does need some updating but overall it was a decent place to stay for the night.
The location was good. Getting around the hotel was very difficult. The landscape around the property wasn't clean. The staff were very nice, the hotel building and landscape itself was pitiful.
Convenient, clean, and they offer breakfast.
Staff was friendly. Property could have used a pick up, some trash strewn about the property but it was over all clean and friendly.
Good place for the price. We’re outdoors people who don’t need a fancy boutique hotel. But we don’t want a cheap dump either. This place is clean, beds were comfortable, shower was clean and had plenty of hot water and the hotel is in a good location for what we needed. I’ve stayed at this (San Marcos) location several times.
Nice and clean hotel with decent breakfast
Great value for money!
They offered a hot breakfast which was great. Unfortunately it was very minimal so we skipped it the next day. Beds left our backs hurting. AC was COLD . . . Think Antarctica cold so if you like freezing it’s awesome. Woke up at 2 AM. Our room smelled of drugs and it was coming from off the hall. Not the kind of family environment we were seeking for a weekend family get away.
The facility was clean. My room was clean and quiet. The staff was nice. I’ve stayed at the location before. The elliptical and treadmill weren’t working. The elliptical is manual (non-electric) and not comfortable to use. The battery powered display wasn’t working. The person working the front desk came to check out the machines and said he would put in a maintenance ticket. There weren’t any healthy food options for breakfast. Only sweet rolls and sugary cereals. Other than the few minor things, my stay was pleasant.
For the number of hotel rooms available in the area I could have paid half the price somewhat else, I understand about limited service because current profit loss due to COVID, but don’t take it out on the customer
Convenient, well priced and very quiet. Breakfast area is tight but great food.
No complaints. The hotel was clean, basic, all you need.
Easy acess to town. Breakfast was offered and served promptly.
