Not too bad, especially for the price. Close to Texas State and I 35, lots of restaurants close by. If you just need a place to stay for the night and on a budget, this place is good for that.

Covenient, roadside. Parking in front. Clean room. Old facilities. Bad breakfast, bad wifi. Noisy by people moving in second floor and car and trucks road noise.

I will definitely not be staying here any time in the future nor will I recommend someone staying. I'd get headaches just staying in there due to the smell which you also get upon entering the hotel and the room just gets worse! We had room #108.

This is the hotel you get when you wait until the last minute to book for TX State homecoming. Never again. The staff were super friendly, but the lack of cleanliness or upkeep of the property paired with the need for adequate parking leaves much to be desired.

Hotel was convenient and easy to find. plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable. Will stay again.

i didn't like this hotel buecause i think i didn;t have the server that i paid, i needed some towels and then i called to the reception they told me that i should go to lobby to take the towel

The hotel is not great or fans but the gentleman that runs it was super nice, I'd go back just because of his customer service.

We where in town for a college visit , hotel was clean location was great , staff was fast and friendly, would stay there again !

We needed a place to stay for the weekend because of a graduation we were going to. The price was a little ridiculous for the quality of the hotel. No elevator, ok pool

Good bed and clean, comfortableroom. Range of breakfast options and helpful staff. Some low level road noise , but good value and convenient location

Check-in was very fast. Desk attendant very nice. The room was clean and cool; very quiet restful night. Continental breakfast was very good as well; plenty of coffee! I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

I was there just for a night and it did the job at the price.

I just needed a place for the night and it was fine. Nothing special maybe needs to be updated a little but it was fine

Clean, old but updated (plugs built in to the night stand), friendly attentive staff

We stayed at this hotel one night after flying into Austin, TX BEfore heading to San Antonio for the weekend. It was adequate and served the purpose we had at the time, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The breakfast was very much lacking in options and quality.

The room looked like it had been recently remodeled & was very nice, but then it looked like they forgot to do the bathroom. We had hand towels & wash cloths, but I was getting ready to shower & noticed that there were no bath towels in our room...whatsoever. So, my husband had to go down & ask for some. The beds were REALLY firm! So, if you don't like that, you won't sleep well. But all in all, it was a good value for our money. We were just staying there overnight for a baseball tournament. It's not like we were on vacation. We just needed a place to crash for the night.

nothing fancy, just a nice clean room for very little money. The staff at the desk the night we checked in was awesome. Thanks!

There were big holes in the upholestry, wires coming out of the ceiling where the smoke alarm should have been, and the coffee maker did not work. We asked for non-smoking and received a smoking room, which was almost unbearable for us. It is a two story hotel, with no elevator, which can be a problem for some people and just added to the challenge for us.

Affordable price with breakfast included, and free wifi and free internet usage. What you pay what you get. No negative things to say.

I stayed there overngight while meeting up with my son and his family.. The rooms are kinda worn & dated, but CLEAN! My room smelled like it had an overdose of deodorizer, but again,it was clean. The folks running the place were nice too.. My grandchilluns enjoyed swimming in the pool.
