The hotel is under renovation - the entire ground level was a mess. The side key-card access doors were seldom locked. The restroom was poorly cleaned. Ice maker was out of order. Very little parking available.

I used to stay a lot here but the hotel is showing it's age. Rooms, while comfortable, seem dingy with carpet stains. TV is small. The staff was polite and efficient but there was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Two more groups came in while I was waiting. The food was below par. The waffle maker scorched the outside while leaving the inside runny. The eggs I believe were from powder and came out in little balls. Sausage was good though. I didn't use the business center, pool or gym.

It was horrible. The lights were not on when we pulled up. The receptionist talked on the phone 10 minutes before checking us in. The first room we were sent to had not been cleaned. It looked like a crime scene. The lights were not on in the hall by the elevator. We returned to the front desk to get a new room. The supposedly 'clean' room we were sent to was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom. The desk had sticky stuff and hair in it. The floor in the entry was black with dirt. The carpet between the beds was wet. I went back downstairs to complain. The receptionist came up to clean. I cleaned with her until the room smelled like bleach. The manager apologized and said he would give us the night free. I have not seen a refund yet. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn.

Great stay. Clean, comfortable, excellent location and friendly staff.

My only complaint about this hotel is that the lighting in the bathroom is poor. Terrible for putting on makeup! Otherwise very pleasant - clean room, great, helpful staff. Breakfast a little sparse.

Our first experience with this hotel and we were amazed with the location, amenities and staff. Your front office staff, Jackie and Victoria was extremely polite and professional. Give them a raise! The hot breakfast was awesome. Fresh and supply was replenished very quickly. Room was clean and overall, hotel was veru clean. Your hotel made a huge difference in our getaway, celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday weekend. We will be back to this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind. The pillows were nice.

The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast was nice, but the layout was a little weird and not near enough tables/chairs for a weekend.

ONLY HOTEL I COULD BOOK ON SPRING BREAK! IT'S A GODSEND!

Average condition small hotel close to highway with all it's noise. Room was clean and equipped with basic neccesities. Breakfast is poor and kinda cheap. Watch for the tiles being slippery when wet in lobby and hallway - I almost did a backflip...

Great location, close to outlet center, Three Restaurants within walking distance. Clean rooms & friendly staff. Family will Stay here on future shopping trips . Just wish they had an earlier check in time.

This was a decent hotel. Great location. Bath towels needed replacing, but over all it was decent.

Only there for 1 night. Clean comfortable and quiet. Close to everything. I wish there was a place to hang clothes, but no biggie. If I was there for more days that would have been an issue

The stay at the hotel was absolutely horrible. We will not return. During our one night stay, we changed rooms 3 times. The first time, I found bed bugs in my bed. The second time, there was an infestation of bugs in our bathroom, and the third time there was a spider in one of the beds. In the front lobby there were spiders and bugs. The hotel manager was supposedly gone the entire time and we were unable to speak with him/her. We were also charged for our stay. We did not receive a good nights rest and we would have gone to another hotel if we could find one with a vacancy at 1:00 am.

The hotel was very easy to locate and centrally located. The hotel was quiet, clean and well kept. The only complaint that I had was that the linens (i.e. bathroom towels) did not smell fresh and a couple of them had minor stains on them. Otherwise, overall the hotel was a pleasant experience.

It was a nice clean place -had easy access to freeway and several restaurants within walking distance. Staff was kind and helpful.

The room itself was nice and comfortable, and the bedding (pillows, comforters, etc). The downside is that the shower drain was very, very slow, with water pooling up to my ankles during a shower. I complained, but in the four days I stayed there no one was sent up to address the problem. On the whole, the friendliness of the staff, and the niceness of the room made up for the minor oversights I encountered, but it could have been a much better experience with just a little attention from the management.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the continental breakfast good. However, being a family of four (husband, two children ages 14 & 11 and myself) the accomodations were a little cramped. The room was called a suite, however, there was no privacy. The divider was nothing else but an arch at the ceiling between the room and the sofa. It had a tv, sofa, two queen (very comfortable beds), microwave, mini fridge. Therefore it was okay, but I would not call it a suite maybe a room with two beds. It was family friendly. No young rowdy disturbing crowds- opposite of what I heard about other hotels around the area during peak season.

The room itself was a good size--liked the extra section with sofa and desk. The bathroom was small and a bit crowded.

The hotel was nice. My wife and I went there for our anniversary weekend so we could shop and get away fro the kids. The place was very clean and quiet. The location of it is great. The hotel is right in between Chilis and Red Lobster so if you go eat and get too full or drunk, your room is only a few feet away. The shopping outlets are only a few minutes away and are easy to get to and from. Oh Yeah, our toliet in the room stopped working close to check out time. I guess it was a way of saying time to go. Enjoyed my stay and had a good time with the wifey. Nice mirrors in room and bathroom too.
