There was feces and body hair all over the bathroom! Used underwear and other clothing. Beds were not changed! Staff did not care and tried to give me another room that smelt like smoke did not stay had to get refund it was horrendous.
Um the you g man at the font desk was amazing!!! The room is comfortable and i have no complaints!
This property was horrible, there was people who I believe live there! With two pit bulls, also our hotel had no shampoos or conditioners not even big towels to shower, people were partying and bbqing all night! I was very concerned about my safety. There was left over nuggets and beers in our fridge STILL!!! It was a dirty hotel! I will never stay there again. The staff was in a little tank top and flip flops going to my room with her kids to deliver me towels so unprofessional
We showed up at 2:00 in the afternoon to check in. There was a couple with 2 small children out front, the lady was yelling and cussing and apparently worked there... that was the first red flag. We checked in and went to the room. There was a funny smell coming from the ac unit. But it worked well. The toilet seat was broken and pinched us when we used it. The shower head was broken and that sucked. So disappointed.
Right on IH35. Easy access to shopping and only a mile or so from the University. Pictures are how it looks. Hard wood floors, large bathroom, mini fridge and microwave, and most importantly... an excellent air conditioner! Bed was comfy and the hotel was full but I didn’t hear any noise. I just wish they had a breakfast for us. Only coffee was available.

I reserved a room with a king size bed and with a pull out sofa and their was no couch in the room! And the restroom toilet was not clean! And I requested a non smoking room and he room smelled completely like smoke!
I would not stay there - the staff was very unprofessional- dressed in street clothes & a doo rag on his head I asked to see the room & as the door opened a roach ran across the floor The pictures look WAY better than in real life. I refused to stay there I wouldn’t pay 25 bucks to stay there much less the 89 bucks they were charging
Non smoking room still smelled like smoke but to be fair I was told that from the beginning and I could switch rooms but I wanted one downstairs. I found 3 bugs crawling around that weren't roaches! The mini fridge was broken. When I got there at 1pm I asked if I could check in an hour early ... rude attendant said no! Really!? 1 hour? The second attendant was really nice .... should have read reviews but that's all I could find at short notice. No more Motel 6 for us!
Not a good safe place. They rent to any low life drug addicts and perverts.
I booked for a Ramada Inn........... and could not find it........ What????? You now tell me it was a Motel 6???? Sorry. but I was not informed of the change.! Orbitz is no longer my "go to" place. Take my $$$$ and lose my business. In the long run I will save $$$$ with Trip Advisor or Expedia,,,,,,,, unhappy customer.
