Location was great. Staff was really nice too. But the property itself needs some work. It was run down a bit. You could just tell the place it getting old and is in need of some basic fixes all around (i.e. smoke alarm was removed from room, decent stains on the carpet and towel hook in bathroom was barely hanging on to the wall.
Breakfast cold every morning
Hallways were hot and smelled bad on second floor. Internet was slow. Desk chair was uncomfortable due to a bent part making it not level. Called front desk that evening and there was nothing the front desk could do as she stated that no managers or maintenance staff worked the weekends. Bed was comfortable. Service was not good.
We loved our stay! The fact that this was a studio was perfect! Nice, clean and modern. You can fully cook or prepare something at anytime. Now the sound between walls are unfortunately everywhere pretty much alike. Downstairs is a spacious lounge, plus breakfast nook. Lots of amenities available Their property is centered near downtown, TSU plus the outlet malls. Near Austin and San Antonio as well.
Very clean. Front desk was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection could have been better but other than that we had a great stay.
Good place to stay,I’m so happy..my kids love... room’s has good view and a lot of space
My family and I had rented three rooms for one night. We had been touring the Hill Country. Upon our arrival, we were told there would not be a grab-n-go breakfast. There had been a delay in shipment. The front-desk person said we could ask for a muffin the next morning. Then why in the world do they have the grab-n-go breakfast flyer when you check in if they don't? I was peeved because the breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I entered my room and headed to the bathroom to wash my hands. I couldn't find the soap. I called the front desk. They were out of it. It's the holidays said the front-desk staff person over the phone and there's been a delay in getting it. I told her even during the holidays I haven't been denied a bar of soap at a hotel. I told her there were two bars of soap at the hotel I had stayed at prior to that in Ingram. She said she could send the Palmolive dish soap. See, the suites have a kitchenette with dish soap. I told her I had some. Unbelievable! I should have taken one of the soap bars at the Worldmark where I had stayed. My sister called the front desk the next morning. She learned the manager was on vacation. I was given an ADA room. It was clean and spacious. The problem in the walk-in shower is that it's at the same level as the bathroom floor. The curtain is short. The bathroom floods when you shower. Hilton could do better in planning for soap availability.
Clean, quiet, refreshing, spacious rooms, pictures were the same in real life. Close to shopping centers and outlets. I would definitely stay here again
Hotel was new and food was fantastic. Friendly staff
The microwave didn’t work and only had one large towel for the bathroom
The free breakfast was pretty good but had instant eggs. They had a small basketball court which even though I didn't use I though was nice.
The place was beautiful and very new. The room very nice also.
Very clean and comfy room! Had a great experience. I will return to that location.
Great shopping near by, nice rooms with breakfast.
Breakfast could be better. Need more variety. The food seemed to microwaved frozen food items.
