The TV picture was broken. Has a dark blue tent. Like it's going dead. Makes it virtually unwatchable. Surprised it wasn't noticed. Front desk was nice and offered a tech to come up for maintenance or swap. But all we want to do is go to sleep and not deal with this oversight. Wish the room would have been ready for us full paying customers. Disappointed.

Our room wasn’t ready at 3pm, the sofa in our room was stained and falling apart and the staff at breakfast seemed short staffed - there was not enough food cooked and ready for guests, coffee ran out, and we waited a long time to even get more paper plates to eat on. Would not stay here again
