Nice updated hotel. Nice location. Nice beds. The property was not well maintained. The shower door wouldn’t close, the floor ac unit made the carpet all wet, the bathroom counter cabinet leg was pushed up underneath itself. They had an onsite restaurant. Parking was limited and not well lit. Ended up parking in next hotel lot.

The bar and restaurant never seemed open and when we asked they said the bartender was in the kitchen cooking. Went there to visit family and thought we could eat in the restaurant but there was never a soul in there. Power went out but probably was not the fault of the hotel. Very clean

The carpet was so dirty my grandson feet were black. There was smeared brown on the safety bar by the toilet. I reported it the 1st night but, was not cleaned off when we checked out. We won’t be back.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard San Marcos! The room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable—definitely one of the better hotel stays I’ve had recently. The bathroom was especially nice with a big walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and really helpful. I had a special request to stay on the first floor, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Big shoutout to Linda at the front desk—she went above and beyond to help us with a small issue and made the whole experience stress-free.

Everyone was really friendly except for one young lady with a ponytail. I believe she works in the front but I saw her coming out of a room. Didn’t greet or even smile back. She needs to learn to smile! Overall, our stay with was nice! Thanks
