We were not expecting the stairs outside the unit. There wasn't a ramp to bring up luggage. We struggled to get our luggage into the condo. We are all women in our late 50's and 60's. The condo was nice and clean. We thought the shower could use a good scrubbing. Beds were comfortable and location was good. We walked to the Barcelona Bar our first night and loved it. The walk was close.

In town for a concert

We were in town visiting family and to attend a concert. The condo was clean, in a great location, and comfortable to be in. We had a vehicle and drive to most places we went to so I don’t know about Ubers from here, but I can’t imagine it would be difficult. I would recommend staying here!

CSM Nashville stay

Our over all stay at this property was very good. Convenient and very quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom door would lock but not shut and catch and the Toaster oven wasn’t clean. Great communication with manager and very prompt. 👍

Great VRBO for a family in Nashville!

We stayed at this property over the holidays, and enjoyed every minute of it! For a family of three, it was ample room to relax when needed and also spend time with each other after a day of walking and exploring. The property was spotless and so clean when we arrived. We really appreciated clean and thoughtful everything was. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast at check-in and check out. Communication was also prompt throughout the booking process. The VRBO is in a great area of Music Row, it's close to Broadway (7 minute drive), and also the airport (12 min drive). We also liked getting to drive and check out the different sections of Nashville (the gulch, 12 south, hillsboro village, etc!), which are all within a very short driving distance. Definitely would recommend for a family or group of friends travelling to Nashville! :)
