For lunch and dinner, a 10-minute walk lands you among nationally ranked Germantown restaurants such as Rolf and Daughters, City House, and Henrietta Red.

Visiting for the nightlife? Neon-lit Broadway is just 1.5 miles away. Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, sing along at famous honkey tonks like Legends and Tootsies, catch a show at the Ryman Auditorium, cheer on the Preds and the Titans, and so much more.

If music history is your thing, Music Row – the heart the music industry – is 3 miles away and is where iconic legends like Elvis Presley recorded hits. The location is perfect and we think you will agree the house is too. The beautiful 2000 square foot home welcomes you with a charming southern-style front porch and flower boxes. Enjoy the inviting back yard – lounge in the screened in patio, share your adventures by the fire pit, relax in the hammock, cook for the group on the grill, and hang out under the string lights… great for summer nights! Unwind after a day of exploring in the comfortable living room, where a smart TV is available with Sports Extra package, Sunday Ticket for NFL, and YouTube TV for your streaming needs.

The downstairs open floor plan features an oversized designer kitchen that is equipped with a wine fridge, KitchenAid stand mixer, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. Cook up delicious homemade meals and gather around the island that seats three or the dining table that seats up to eight (with table insert).

There are 4 bedrooms to choose from when it's time to call it a night. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, and en suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a standing shower, and a soaking tub. It also features an incredible walk-in closet with washer and dryer. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and Bedroom 4 has 2 full beds.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Parking is available for 1 car on the back parking pad. Additional cars may park on the street at a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Note - the fireplace is decorative and will not be operational for use during your stay.
