This newly renovated penthouse loft is located on the 6th floor of a beautiful Printers Alley building. Enjoy incredible views of the heart of Nashville and Nissan Stadium from inside your loft and on your own private rooftop deck!
The loft itself is two floors. The main level includes a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, dining and living spaces with a full bath. There are two king bedroom suites with their own bathrooms on this main floor.
The second level offers a fun mezzanine that overlooks the main den/living area and has fantastic views of the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium as well. This floor offers an additional living area; including a half bathroom, full wet bar with an ice machine and mini fridge and arcade games. You can also find two more king bedroom suites on this floor with their own full bathrooms!
An additional sleeping area can be found off of the main floor (back by the two bedrooms) by following the back stairs to your own private loft furnished with a king bed and private bathroom! The mezzanine couch is also a sleeper sofa!
Guest's will have access to attached rooftop deck, as well as the communal 6th floor balcony that overlooks Printers Alley (located on the Alley side of the property).

This property is in the heart of downtown Nashville and there is an abundance of nightlife both inside and outside of the property. Although extensive measures were taken to mitigate noise, given the property's location, some noise penetration may still occur at various times. Being on the top floor- occasional noises from the roof may be heard throughout the unit, especially the upstairs bedrooms. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening at the time of your trip.
All bedrooms in this loft are interior spaces: there are no windows in any of the bedrooms. The den area is well lit from the exterior windows.
