We have a large family and part of us stayed here to spread everyone out. There was ample space for different groupings of people without feeling like we were on top of each other. A few things:The pool is a nice size, but is in the middle of the woods, so it does have lots of debris, which is easy to remove. The deck is a bit hazardous as it becomes very slick (we had a few falls) and is very worn, with a few holes throughout the area. However, there is ample gating for safety. The house itself has some beautiful spaces, but it is very dark in the dusk, which is somewhat uncomfortable for eating dinner. More lighting throughout would be a nice upgrade. More serving plate ware would also be helpful. The beds were comfortable and ample. The property is quite rustic, with the pond seeming much bigger than it is. Not a great place for fishing, but they made do. Overall, we had a nice stay, even with a broken a/c for the first night. The manager sent out a tech first thing in the morning, and it was a huge relief on 90 July days.
