Cool design but they lack professional service. Waited 40 min for Valet - poor staffing. Dry cleaning took 2 days to return. They text you to identify issues but then do not follow thru or text. Breakfast staff and food are exceptional! Clean rooms.

The staff was pleasant and amicable, the hotel was very clean and beautiful to the eye. The valet service was fast and reliable. The location was perfect not far from sights but not too close. The view was wonderful. The hotel layout was easy to navigate and the grounds were well lit and safe. The bars and restaurants/cafe had a great selection of booth foods and drinks. Not to mention the pool area bar was incredibly relaxing. Our stay was exceptional from the beginning to end.
