We were getting away for a few days to simply relax, and this was the ideal place! It’s a beautiful home and the host/hostess were great. They were most responsive to my questions.

The house was spotless and really very nice! Kitchen was stocked adequately and we were able to cook a few meals. The pool was overfilled from rain when we got there and we had to figure out how to drain it to get the skimmer to work. We were hoping to find a hand held skimmer to take care of the bugs and debris gathered on the top of the pool but they did not have one. Overall, we enjoyed the yard and the pool all weekend! Suggestion for the owner, the border landscape around the pool is all weeds and really takes away from the aesthetic. A couple of plants or even just rocks in there would go a very long way. I would definitely rent this property again! Really enjoyed our time and super convenient uber ride away from Broadway and all the fun!

We stayed for a family vacation to explore Nashville. The house was great, the kitchen was well appointed and the house was immaculately clean. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Location was convenient to get groceries. The pool was a lovely way to cool off. Highly recommend!

Kitchen and bathroom are very nicely redone. Check in was a little bit of a challenge but we figured it out. You have to push the button on the side before pushing the circle button in the keypad. Wifi was good even out at the pool.

Relaxing Stay

We found the home to be very comfortable and accommodating. Though the weather prevented is from having more pool time than desired, it was good to have indoor space that felt right at home. Also, communication with the owner/manager was excellent. Definitely would stay again.

Hockey in Nashville

Stayed with my family at this home. Nice place, clean, easy to park, recently refurbished, mostly quiet neighborhood (barking dog), property manager was super responsive, everything was as advertised. A place we could easily go back to in the future. Couple of thoughts and one small issue.Hot tub was awesome. Didn't stay at 101 for very long, but it was chilly outside. Sitting area in living room has no hard surface to put a drink or anything, making it tough to sit and relax in that part of the house, even with a cup of morning coffee. Perhaps a coffee table or small side table or two would be helpful.The master bath is very nice and recently redone. Seems like the cleaning folks may have missed someone's lost clothing behind the bathtub, but other than that, the place was very clean and was overall a pleasant, easy experience. Would definltely go back. Thanks again.

Great location for our stay in Nashville

The owners have done a great job with their house. We were there only for 2 nights, but it was very nice. I'm sure having a pool in the summer months is amazing. The Nashville Zoo is so close, and the location overall is great. The owners are very responsive and easy to get a hold of when/if needed. The Master bedroom is real big and has a great view of outside. We did enjoy the hot tub during our stay. We caught great weather which helped.

A comfortable home a relaxing pool

The house is very nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the selling points for us and they delivered. Great place, great location. The fruit flies were a liitle annoying. And we would have preferred some towel racks for the towels, but not a detriment to the to our overall stay

The great pool escape!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation rental property just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, and it was nothing short of exceptional! The perfectly sized pool was a highlight of our stay. It provided the perfect spot for relaxation and fun, whether we were enjoying a morning swim or unwinding by the water in the evening. The hot tub was another fantastic feature, offering a luxurious way to relax and soak after a day of exploring the Nashville area. The kitchen was a dream come true for any culinary enthusiast. Lastly, our host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
