Clean room, but lighting in bathroom is too low for putting on makeup & seeing up close. Couch pull out bed was very uncomfortable & bed mattress in bedroom just ok. Loved the 7th floor restaurant & outdoor seating & fire pits. Employees were all very helpful & courteous.

Air conditioning never fully cooled the room. Sink drain was not working great. Floor of shower dirty and ceiling above shower head was moldy and cracking. Beds not very comfortable. Room service was nonexistent and came only once. Never got more Kleenex and did not speak English to help with our requests. This location also right next to a jail and felt a bit unsafe. The coffee house staff and front desk staff were not friendly and didn’t seem to care. Would not stay in this hotel again.

Did not use the laundry service. Staff were very helpful and nice. Mu husband liked the rooftop bar and restaurant. We ate there for my birthday. The kitchen was well equipped, I was able ro fix meals almost everyday. We did not use the valet service except to keep our car safe while we were there.
