This is such an AMAZING property!! The hosts are so thoughtful and make sure you are taken care of. Will 100% be renting through stay minty for all of my Nashville trips! Truly made the trip!

Great spot great location

Three couples and a single in for a wedding. Great spot but I should have read earlier that there was no elevator. Just should have been prepared. Staff was attentive and addressed small issue immediately. Location delighted us. At first we thought we were out in boondocks but we quickly discovered the BEST part of Nashville, and it was two blocks away! Apartment was great layout. I’d recommend a white noise machine and maybe blackout shades. But really we were so comfortable and we were so close to great restaurants and music! We were actually a bit disappointed when we had to leave to head downtown to a high end hotel. Thanks for all the tea attention. Hope to return soon!

Weekend getaway

This rental space was such a great decision for us! I looked at dozens of listings and this one ended up being perfect, even though I’ve never seen the movie Clueless lol. Our group included 9 adults and there was plenty of sleeping for all of us. The front two rooms were quite noisy especially in the mornings with other people in the building getting their day started, but that’s just the nature of an apartment building like this. The rental has everything you need from kitchen supplies, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens. The refrigerator was smaller than a standard fridge but was big enough for our group. Might not have been if we planned on doing much cooking.

There are some nice restaurants within walking distance, very friendly staff and very nice clean accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as this property did not have a lot of reviews but it was great! We booked to stay here with our 4 children (age 11-16) and my in laws for 3 nights. We enjoyed it so much, we booked an additional night. The themed decor made it so fun to be there and it was nice and close to the attractions of Nashville. The parking was easy and close. Two full bathrooms helped made it easy for all 8 of us to stay there together. Loved that they had a fully stocked Keurig on-site as we love our morning coffees. :) Stayed in a couple of nights and enjoyed the complimentary Netflix on the large TV. You could hear the city sounds at night, which was an adjustment for country folk like us, but the beds were super comfortable and we slept well. The staff are helpful and quick to respond to texts. Thank you STAY MINTY for an enjoyable experience in Nashville. :)

Perfect little spring break getaway!

I visited Nashville with my 2 daughters and a Mom friend and her daughter for Spring Break. The girls were all 14 and 16 and loved the Clueless themed house just as much as we did! It was extremely clean and smelled great upon walking in. We were even greeted with some music from Alexa which was fun! Five star rating here! The only thing I could say that didn’t work were the 2 TV’s in the bigger rooms wouldn’t connect to the internet. Not a huge deal but wanted to pass that along. Loved our stay and would stay here again!

Very clean, walk to great restaurants

Enjoyed our stay! This rental is very clean and the property manager was super responsive. We had plenty of room for two families and it was just a short walk to fantastic restaurants for both breakfast and dinner--and a couple of breweries to boot.
