The Ultimate Nashville Airbnb Experience! Custom 4 BR/3BA 3200 square foot house only 4 miles from Downtown Nashville! This house has it ALL including a stage, gym, glam room, hot tub, game room, 2 decks, fire pit, and 9 beds! Experience Nashville's only Airbnb with a music venue! Perfect for any type of large group, the entertainment options are endless. Karaoke and guitars provided! The house is on 1 full acre and feels completely secluded but is only 4 miles from Downtown!

The two story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom, a bath, and the gym downstairs. Two decks provide tons of outside space, and there is ample parking. Bedroom layout is a king room, two queen/queen rooms, and a bunk room with two twin/twin adult size bunk beds.

Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

You will have access to the entire house, hot tub, and 2 decks.

Although we are always available 24/7 for all your needs, we will not be present on the property during your stay.

Uber and Lyft are readily available.

We appreciated the space and convenient location! The downstairs area is great for kids and family fun. We also encountered several issues that impacted the quality of our stay, including:• The dishwasher was broken.• The Wi-Fi was down, so no Internet or TV. Spent time troubleshooting this.• Outdoor light bulb being out while we were grilling.• The cleaners still being on-site when we arrived at check-in time.We tried to be reasonable with the issues, asked for a small refund, and the property manager ignored me. Hopefully others experience will be better than ours.

Great location.. spacious and enough room for a big group to be together. Some of the beds need replacing but over all beds were comfy. Plenty of fun things to do inside space for when you have down time. Great quiet location at the end of a street which helped with parking. Draw backs for us were that the towels were cheap/thin, no comfortable chairs upstairs in the main kitchen /dining space and the front porch lights didn’t work so it was dark coming in at night. Overall we would stay here again and bring our own towels.

This place was perfect! It was in a nice quiet area, but still a quick ride to downtown. We had a group of 8, we were all able to sleep comfortably. The house has plenty of space and the basement is awesome! The view from the back porch was great as well. The owners were responsive, and the house had every amenity we needed. I would recommend making this your Nashville stay to anyone.

We had a great time at the house when it was time to relax for the night. Kitchen needs a few more items but nothing that a Walmart trip didn’t fix for us! Would LOVE to stay again. Enough space for all 10 of us.. bathrooms clean and updated .. use of washer and dryer was great too!!

What a gem

These place was amazing. The layout was nice and they had all the games plus cards to play. The hot tub was so nice and made the nights extra special. I definitely encourage anyone to stay there. Great job and super happy. Will want to stay there again next time we come to town.

We recently stayed at BNA Blue in Nashville, Tennessee, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is perfectly central, making it easy to access all the attractions we wanted to explore while still being nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.The house itself was immaculate, with a thoughtful layout that catered seamlessly to both kids and adults. Everyone in our group loved the karaoke and pool table setup—it was a hit for evening entertainment—as well as the hot tub, which provided a perfect way to relax after a day of activities.The kitchen was another highlight for us, stocked with everything we could possibly need, from utensils and cookware to basic spices. It felt like a home away from home, and these thoughtful touches really stood out.This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to returning to this exact place in the future. Great stay for a family get-a-way

We chose this for our stay in Nashville as a place to hang out together, and also to experience a little of downtown Nashville and all it has to offer. The house is well maintained and offered many entertainment options. Golden Tee was a hit for my golf loving sons and husband. We also loved the hot tub and Karaoke setup/stage. The app they used for information about the house and area was very helpful and appreciated. There is an awesome Publix 3 miles down the road. My 4 adult age kids and daughter in law enjoyed the space very much. The house was very well stocked with basic amenities for cooking and staying in for the day if wanted. The house worked great for our group of 7, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend for groups much larger than 8-9 adults, as seating at the table and in the basement area is limited. Andy, the manager, was responsive when checking in.

Nice Girl's trip location

The property is exactly as advertised on website. Very clean. The neighborhood isn't the best, but really doesn't matter much. Ubers typically come in 5-10 minutes so that works out well. The only suggestion I would make is that the propane tank was empty to sit outside. There should be a backup on property. Also, it would be nice if there was a first floor couch. The area is big enough in the kitchen. We sat outside because of it, lots of chairs but that would be nice. Also, the bathroom and bedroom doors need some WD40! Very squeaky so woke people up during the night. A very small complaint as overall the property was fantastic! These are just suggestions to make it better. The property owner was easy to reach with questions we had and very receptive. I definitely would recommend to girl's trip seekers and families. Very fun place!

Amazing Stay

It was a group of 8. Everyone had a place to sleep with plenty of fun at the house during the day. A 10$ Uber/lyft took us home and we never had any issues. The neighborhood was calm for being located close to broadway/downtown. We were able to go out and have a good time but also stay in with plenty of activity’s to keep busy if we wanted to stay in. I would recommend for any group even if you have a small child. Only down side is the king bed does not have a on-suite bath. Instead the room with two queens does as well as the walk in closet. Management was great whenever we had a question or issue and had very good communication!

Nashville Concert Trip

Home was lovely and perfectly located between downtown and the Opryland area. Downstairs game room entertained everyone especially the virtual golf game. We will definitely rebook a stay when we are back in Nashville.

Group Stay

I was very pleased with this VRBO. We had a group of 9 that came down for my 40th Bday. House had everything we needed plus some!! Location was great, short ride to downtown. Our group really enjoyed the games that the house had to offer plus the hot tub was perfect after a night of dancing! I do only have one thing to mention; My husband and I had an inconvenience with our room. Andy was great working with us, however being the main guest, we had to sleep on the downstairs couch for 3 nights. Not my idea of a bed.... lol I hope they got the kinks out! All in all; a very nice place to stay!! :)
