"I recently stayed at the Sonesta ES Suites in North Olmsted (Westlake area) and had a solid, functional experience. While there were a few minor letdowns, the overall stay served its purpose well. The Highlights Convenient Location: The biggest draw for me was the location. It was perfectly situated for everywhere I needed to go during my time in Ohio, making my daily commute stress-free. Friendly Service: The staff throughout the hotel were consistently pleasant and helpful. A friendly face at the front desk always makes a difference. Areas for Improvement In-Room Amenities: I wasn’t particularly fond of the coffee provided in the room. If you’re a caffeine enthusiast, you might want to bring your own or plan a stop at a local cafe. The Marketplace: The "cupboard" or marketplace area was a bit of a disappointment. It remained nearly empty and felt pretty bland throughout my entire stay, so don't count on it for a wide variety of snacks or essentials. Final Verdict Despite the small gripes with the coffee and the marketplace selection, it wasn't a terrible stay by any means.
