The condo is amazing and very homey! Everything we needed was at the condo with a high floor ocean view. The hosts were super responsive to a minor sink issue and made the check in/check out process very simple. Overall, we plan to stay here again and enjoyed the condo!

Host communicated very well and was readily available if needed. The condo was clean and well stocked. Amazing view from the room on the 16th floor. We loved how the beach was not over crowded in this area compared to others. One of our favorite trips - we will be back!

Location is great. This building has 17 floors, so small in comparison to the big hotels around it. That meant the beach in front of the building wasn’t very crowded. The building is old, but still in good shape. I would recommend a sound machine because the windows are thin.

The Arcadian

This is an absolutely perfect condo! It’s decorated beautifully but not overly beachy. It was perfect for our family of 5. In the past we’ve had trouble finding 2 bedroom condos where our family of five wasn’t on top of each other all week. There’s plenty of room to spread out. There’s tons of counter space, a table where we could all eat together and a huge couch for watching movies on rainy days. We’ve always struggled with having space to put our groceries but this unit has a huge pantry which is a bonus when you have to feed 2 teenage boys for a week. The owners were quick to respond and seemed extremely friendly. We’ll definitely be back next summer!
